In the event of any inconsistency, the Privacy Policy will prevail.

You consent to us doing the following:

Credit information: Request and use credit information about you to assess your application for finance or to assist in matching you with appropriate lenders.

Landlord information: Verify your tenancy and rental history with your current landlord where relevant to your credit application.

Credit report: Obtain a credit report about you from a credit reporting body for the purpose of assessing your application, managing your enquiry, or verifying your identity.

Customer identification: Disclose your personal information to a credit reporting body or third-party identity verification service to confirm your identity using government records (e.g., name, address, date of birth, and identification document details). If you do not wish to have your identity verified electronically, please contact us to discuss alternative methods.

Providing information to credit reporting bodies: Where required to assist with your loan application, we may provide personal or commercial information about you to a credit reporting body, such as identification particulars, details of credit applied for, and updates on your application status. This information may form part of your credit file and be accessible by other credit providers.

Bank statements and account data: With your consent, our third-party service providers may access your bank account information (up to the last 12 months of transactions) for the purpose of assisting with your loan application, verifying income, or ongoing lifecycle management. You acknowledge that your bank’s terms may restrict sharing of login credentials, and you authorise our third-party provider to access your account data on your behalf solely for these purposes.

Sharing information with introducers and lenders: We may share information about your loan application or product (including loan term, amount, rate, and repayment status) with any introducer, broker, or lender involved in the transaction.

Consent to Receive Contract Documentation Electronically

You consent to receiving notices and other documents related to your dealings with us by electronic means, including by email, text message, or through the Liquid Capital portal available on our website.

By giving this consent:

  • We may make all notices, statutory disclosures, contracts, and other documents available for a reasonable period within the Liquid Capital portal or send them directly via email or other electronic communication.
  • If documents are posted in the Liquid Capital portal, we will notify you via your nominated email address when information is available.
  • You are responsible for regularly checking your email and the portal for communications.

You may withdraw your consent to electronic communication at any time by contacting us on +61 (02) 8075 4552, noting that this may affect our ability to provide services to you efficiently.

User Authorisation

You are responsible for keeping your login details private and secure. Your login credentials should not be shared with any other person. Liquid Capital is not liable for any unauthorised access resulting from the disclosure or misuse of your login information.
